This WebQuest is designed to extend the concepts presented in our book, Goodnight Moon.
The children in ECD class are all on IEPs that indicate the developmental objectives they are working on. The WebQuest addresses the following objectives in the preschool curriculum:
Cognitive Development:
C5 The learner interprets and infers on the basis of oral or illustrative selections.
Adaptive:
A5 The learner demonstrates developmentally appropriate communication skills in adapting to his/her environment.
Motor:
M2 The learner performs tasks involving fine motor skills
M3 The learner performs tasks involving visual-motor perception and integration.
Language:
L1 The learner remembers visual stimuli.
L2 The learner discriminates likenesses and differences in visual stimuli.
L3 The learner remembers auditory stimuli.
L8 The learner demonstrates comprehension of language in communicating with others.
L10 The learner communicates with others using expressive language.
