Teacher Resources
Introduction
This Webquest is designed for first graders to be used during a health unit on teeth.  If you do not have enough adult volunteers to assist the children, I suggest displaying the informational web sites on a large monitor and reading it together with the whole class.  Children will enjoy playing the dental games with their partner as they learn about their teeth.  This Webquest will be implemented as an additional activity along with class discussions, textbook activities and a classroom tooth center.

Upon completion of the Webquest, students will be able to:

Use the World Wide Web to research and learn about teeth.

Use a worksheet to document information obtained on the internet.

Design a poster showing information they have learned about their teeth.

Write a creative story to Toothy The Tooth Fairy
