4. The Assessment Activity

Using your completed Revolution Graphic Organizer decide which  of the six revolutions had the greatest impact on mankind. Using the Write Traits Rubric  (focus on Ideas and Organization) as a guide write a persuasive essay to convince others of your personal choice. Make sure you use specific details from your research to support your selection. Then prepare a short  (2 minute) speech to the class to orally persuade your class to choose the revolution that you think impacted mankind the most.  Use the Speech Rubric as a guide when both writing the speech and presenting it to the class. We will then vote on the revolutions as a class to decide as a whole group which revolution had the greatest impact on society.
