Using Technology in Science

The integration of technology in science supports Charleston County School District’s three main initiatives set forth in The Charleston Plan for Excellence: Coherent Curriculum, MAP, and Differentiated Instruction. There are over 183 South Carolina/Coherent Curriculum standards associated with technology use in the K-12 science curriculum.

At this site you will find information for math teachers for technology integration ideas, Internet resources, and software recommendations. Sample technology projects that teachers can use for technology integration ideas and examples of best practices in technology use in science are also provided.
