WebQuests for Use in All Curricular
Areas
A WebQuest is a controlled use of the Internet. It consists of
six parts: the introduction, the task, the process, the evaluation,
the conclusion, and the teacher help page. The WebQuest as a teaching
tool develops higher order thinking skills and cooperative learning
in a project based unit.
All teachers can learn to create WebQuests through the graduate
class offered by the CCSD Department of Educational Technology.
