eChalk Workshops

Workshop: Introduction to eChalk
This workshop serves as an overview of all eChalk features that a teacher can use for great communication with parents and students. Participants will locate their school's eChalk site on the Web, log-in, explore the home page, district resources, and school resources. Participants will set up their user profile, investigate resources for their user account, and learn how to store their favorite bookmarks electronically so that they are available from any computer.

Workshop: Designing Class Pages with eChalk
Keep your assignments posted online. The eChalk Classroom feature allows teachers to share class materials, resources, schedules and even pictures using the Internet. Come to this two-hour workshop and learn how to make the most of your eChalk classroom.

Workshop: Developing Web Pages Using eChalk Groups
This is an excellent workshop for any school member who leads a group like band, sports teams, clubs, etc. Improve communication and awareness by having your own group web page. Participants will receive a thorough overview of all eChalk features, with a focus on eChalk group functionality at the school or district level. This workshop is ideal for itinerant teachers.
